A very specialised line of Racking, which is ideal for products that have a short shelf life. Inventory is guaranteed to be on a first in - first out basis. This system relies on gravity to slowly shift the product from one end to the other.
This System features lanes of conveyor rollers on a slight incline which allows loads to move by gravity from the loading end to the unloading end. Each lane is controlled with a braking system to gently control the speed of movement within the flow lanes. As a load is removed, the loads behind it move forward to the unloading position.
Separating the loading aisle from the retrieval aisle also allows pickers to operate more efficiently.
Gravity Flow Racking is sometimes also known as Carton Flow Racking, Flow Through Racking, and Live Storage Shelving. Suitable for most applications, from Pallet Racking style shelving in chillers to A-Span style shelving in small parts areas.

The standard colours are blue and orange. We can supply most RAL powder coat colours, or if you have a particular company colour we can do our best to match that. We can also deliver a galvanised option if required. Custom colours and galvanising does cost more; the beauty of branding.
