Designed by renowned architects, their two courses provide a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. Te Arai Links spans a significant area, encompassing two championship golf courses, each covering about 150-200 acres. They employ a staff of 50 to 150, depending on the season, including golf professionals, groundskeepers, hospitality and customer service staff, food and beverage personnel, housekeeping staff, and management.

Despite the challenge of managing a site 90 km north of Auckland, close collaboration with greenkeepers and the incorporation of international best practices resulted in a simple yet robust system. The outcome was a clean, organized, and accessible storage solution that improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime.
